At 37x we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable data protection law including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
37x is a price comparison service (Comparison Shopping Service) that helps consumers find the best prices across thousands of online shops. We do not sell products directly — when you click through to a retailer, you leave our site and are subject to that retailer's own terms and privacy policy.

3. What data we collect
We do not require registration or login. We minimise data collection to what is strictly necessary:
- Server logs — Your IP address, browser user agent, and requested URL are temporarily processed to serve pages. These logs are not stored long-term and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
- Search queries — Searches are cached briefly (up to 15 minutes) to improve performance. Cached queries are not linked to any individual user.
- Cookies — See section 4 below.
We do not collect names, email addresses, payment details, or any other personally identifiable information through normal use of the site.

5. How we use data
We process the limited data described above for the following purposes:
- Delivering the price comparison service (displaying search results, product pages)
- Caching search results to improve page load times
- Maintaining site security and preventing abuse

Our legal basis for processing under GDPR is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for operating the service, and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for any non-essential cookies.
6. Third parties
We work with the following categories of third parties:
- Affiliate networks — We receive product data and earn commissions through affiliate partnerships. When you click a product link, the affiliate network may process your click data.
- Retailers — When you visit a retailer's site via our links, you are subject to their privacy policy. We do not share your personal data with retailers.
- Cloudflare — Our site is served through Cloudflare's content delivery network for performance and security. Cloudflare may process connection data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Formspree — Our contact form is processed by Formspree. If you submit a contact form, your name, email, and message are processed by Formspree in accordance with their privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
7. Data retention
- Search result caches: 15 minutes
- Product page caches: 1 hour
- Cookie consent preference: 1 year
- Server logs: not retained beyond the request lifecycle
- Contact form submissions: retained by Formspree for up to 60 days
8. International transfers
Our site is served through Cloudflare, which operates servers globally including in the United States. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (US-based).
9. Your rights under GDPR
If you reside in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:
- Access — Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — Request that we restrict processing of your data
- Data portability — Request a machine-readable copy of your data
- Object — Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent — Withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing your cookies
Since we do not collect identifiable personal data through normal use of the site, in most cases there is no information to access, correct, or delete. If you have submitted a contact form and wish to exercise your rights regarding that data, please email [email protected].

10. Children
Our service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
